Currently, she speaks at seminars about leading a holistic islamic lifestyle and understanding the Qur’an. She also runs a small business with her sister selling handmade products. She is a passionate artist and loves to read in her spare time.

Barq al Hind is a writer from Hyderabad. With ancestry from Afghanistan, she enjoys reading and writing about the mountainous country. She is not as old as most people make her out to be.

Kiran is a visual artist by profession. She was listed in 2018 by Khaleej Times as one of the  “Women at the Helm ”. Her work has been exhibited on local and international levels. Kiran is also an NLP Master Coach and works with young Muslim women. 
She is currently working on publishing her Muslim YA novel Pink Shoes and Jilbaab – Not your average Hijab guide, a humorous take on a Muslim girl’s life. Coming January 2021, in sha Allah.
She has been a student of the Quran since 2012.

Masturoh is a freelance writer and editor who has written many stories, articles, and poems. She is based in Nigeria and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Literary studies. Danrah is a perpetually tired twenty-something. She enjoys reading but only sometimes. She hopes to one day memorize the entire Quran, and hopes also, albeit with lesser enthusiasm, to visit Japan when she has enough money to buy tickets and accommodation there.

Abdullah Imran is an architecture student from the UK. He is particularly interested in the (often messy) intersection of beauty & aesthetics, spirituality, and culture. He hopes to one day have the opportunity to contribute towards a new, confidently Islamic visual language for art and architecture, God willing.

Salman was among the Featured Writers in Wordweavers Poetry Contest 2017. Mahek (artist)  in a world where everyone is struggling to actually find their identity, it’s indeed ironic how everyone still had one identity they go by ; and mine is Mahek /notmahekUwU. I’m a Business Management student and sometimes I force myself to draw for the pleasure of satisfaction in the frustration that comes with every step in the process of art where you have absolutely no idea what you’re doing. I apparently also force myself to live for the same reason. I’ve vowed to make sure to try and learn everything within my limits that I can get my hands on. This whole life is a process.

Suresh and Zakwan (writers) are two lads that enjoy being dudes. Zakwan aspires one day to become a voice actor and spends his free time perfecting his headstands just in case the whole voice acting thing doesn’t work out. Suresh aspires one day to be rich enough to stop asking his friends for money and likes to spend his free time asking Zakwan to get him coffee; his saving grace is that he has a peculiar tendency to be right about many things.. You cannot find them on social media, thanks very much Big Brother.

Hagar Ehab (artist) is an 18-year-old hobbyist artist. She is an art enthusiast and enjoys animation, comics, digital, traditional and manga art . As an artist, she is self taught and has been drawing for about 6 years and is on a learning journey, gathering experience along the way.

Sumaira is an NHS mental health professional pursuing a doctorate in (Clinical) Psychology. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Theology & Arabic Language; a BA (Hons)  in Sociology with Psychology, PGCert Psychotherapy & Counselling and an MSc in Psychology at various UK universities. She has since pursued a career in the same field and is interested in and hopes to further contribute to the fields of identity, acculturation, and trauma. Half-Full – by Greg  C. Bolanos

Greg holds a B.A. in Theater (focused on playwriting) with a minor in English Literature from California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB) and is pursuing a career as a writer. In and outside of The Film Club at CSUB (which he organized and led during his last 2 years in university), he produced over thirty short films/promotional videos and continues to hone his artistic eye by generating original content on his YouTube channel: GregCB94. He is also a board member of Project Oh Magazine, an art collective based in Bakersfield. Greg has won the Betty Creative Writing Award, a Kern County Fair ribbon in Poetry, had 4 plays produced in Bakersfield, and was a quarter finalist in the Screencraft Playwriting competition. He relocated to Nevada at the start of 2019 where he founded I. Courier whose mission (currently) is to teach screen and play writing to its members so that they may carry these lessons to the isolated artists in their lives.
